Welcome To Our Villa
This villa is a spacious and open plan single level house built
on a corner plot. Its master bedroom has a king sized bed and has
an ensuite bathroom fitted with a roman bath and shower. The room
is furnished with a large walk in wardrobe, TV and radio. The
whole house is suited for everyone especially those with difficulties
walking or with a wheel chair, there is lots of space and almost every
room is accessible. Overall there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and
one with access to the pool area. There are 2 other bedrooms with twin
beds inside. All furnished with basic beside cabinets and wardrobes.
In the lounge there are patio doors that lead to the pool area, the
lounge itself is open plan with cable TV, DVD/CD and a few books
for the essential reader.
Rental includes air conditioning, telephone (local calls only,
we have a number of pre-paid cards if you need). Bedding, linen
and towels are provided for use at the villa. There is a games
room with a pool table and a table football.
The kitchen has a self-cleaning oven, fridge and freezer together with
an ice maker, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, food blender,
dishwasher and lots of other useful utensils, knives, forks and
drinking glasses. There is a washing machine and dry with ironing
equipment if needed. All tea towels and cleaning materials are provided.
The pool area has decking that runs the complete width of the villa,
the pool is also screened and has a pool spa and the decking areas are
for relaxing and bathing in the sunshine. This area of the villa is
most enjoyed when coming back from seeing all the attractions you
have at your disposal, just relax sit back and enjoy the peace
and quiet with a bit of swimming.
